Keegan Hansen Bradley was born on June 7, 1986, in Woodstock, Vermont. Growing up, Bradley was an all-state ski racer but ultimately chose to pursue golf. His father, Mark Bradley, was the head professional at the Jackson Hole Golf and Tennis Club. Keegan attended Hopkinton High School in Massachusetts, where he won the MIAA Division 2 individual state championship in 2004. He then attended St. John’s University, winning nine collegiate events before turning professional in 2008.
Bradley began his professional career on the NGA Hooters Tour, securing two victories before earning his PGA Tour card for 2011 after a strong performance on the Nationwide Tour. His rookie PGA Tour season in 2011 was a significant turning point, marked by his first PGA Tour win at the HP Byron Nelson Championship. Later that year, Bradley achieved a major milestone by winning the 2011 PGA Championship in his major debut. This made him one of only six golfers to achieve this feat and the first to win a major with a long putter. He was subsequently named the PGA Tour Rookie of the Year.
Throughout his career, Bradley has accumulated eight PGA Tour wins. Notable victories include the 2012 WGC-Bridgestone Invitational, the 2018 and 2024 BMW Championships, the 2022 Zozo Championship, and the 2023 and 2025 Travelers Championships. He has represented the United States in several national team appearances, including the Ryder Cup in 2012, 2014, and as captain in 2025, and the Presidents Cup in 2013 and 2024. His career earnings exceed $56 million, reflecting his sustained presence and success at the highest levels of professional golf.
