Kevin M. Connolly

Kevin M. Connolly was born in Tucson, Arizona in 1974. He developed an early interest in acting and pursued this passion at Robert E. Lee High School. His academic journey continued at Incarnate Word College in 1992, where he earned a Bachelor of Theatre Arts in 1997 from the University of the Incarnate Word. He further honed his craft by enrolling in UCLA’s Master of Theatre Arts program, graduating in 2001. That same year, a union writers’ strike impacted the industry.

In 2004, Connolly relocated to Dallas and transitioned into voice-over artistry. His career in this field began with the English version of “Case Closed,” where he voiced Harley Hartwell for Funimation. This marked a significant turning point, establishing his presence in the anime dubbing community. He became known for his work on major series such as “Fullmetal Alchemist,” where he voiced Kain Fuery. Over the years, Connolly has lent his voice to numerous anime titles, including “One Piece” as Pell and Zabo, “Sword Art Online” as Heathcliff, and “Pokémon Evolutions” as the Announcer.

Beyond anime, Connolly’s voice-over portfolio spans video games, visual novels, documentaries, and national commercials. His work in video games includes roles in “Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown” as AWACS Bandog, “One-Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows,” and “League of Legends” as Vladimir. In addition to acting, he has taken on roles as an ADR director and scriptwriter for productions like “Peach Girl” and “One Piece.” His diverse experience and consistent contributions across various media platforms highlight a comprehensive career in the voice acting and production industry.
