Kiley Neushul

Kiley Neushul is an Olympic gold medalist and water polo athlete who has successfully transitioned her competitive drive and strategic thinking into a role as a client-focused Digital Strategy Consultant, bringing valuable operational, analytical, sales, and management experience to various teams and clients. After leading her team to four consecutive CIF Southern Section titles, including Division II in 2008 and Division I from 2009 to 2011, Kiley Neushul quickly established herself as a dominant force in water polo. During this period, she was consistently named Southern Section Player of the Year from 2008 to 2011, contributing to an impressive 67 consecutive wins. Neushul further showcased her talent by helping Santa Barbara Aquatics win the Club Championships title in 2011, earning All-American honors for women’s opens in the same year.

Building on this monumental achievement, Neushul continued to dominate on the international stage, earning additional gold medals at the FINA World Aquatics Championships in both 2017 and 2019. She also captured gold at the Pan American Games in 2019, the Universiade in 2017, and secured multiple FINA World League Super Final gold medals in 2017 and 2019, alongside a FINA Intercontinental Tournament gold in 2019. Concurrently, Neushul played professionally for C.N. Sabadell in Spain from 2016 to 2019, where she was instrumental in securing the team’s League Champions title and their victory as European Final Four Champions in 2019.
