Kristen Strout

Kristen Strout was born in Portsmouth, VA, on a naval base, and later moved to Central Florida at the age of five, where she resided until her recent relocation to Nashville, TN. Her early career saw her playing in the Lingerie Football League for the Orlando Fantasy at 21, where she was selected to be featured on the official LFL football and in their calendar. This experience led to her participation in bikini contests, which marked the beginning of her modeling career. Since 2018, Kristen has also developed a substantial presence as a self-employed freelance model and influencer, accumulating a following of over one million across various platforms such as Instagram where she operates under the handle @R1_vette_babe23.

Simultaneously, Kristen entered the real estate sector as an investor and designer in April 2016, a role she maintains to the present day. Through her venture, DTF Houses, she focuses on flipping and fixing distressed properties. This includes successfully completing two house flips and currently managing two rental properties in Florida, with another flip project underway in Tennessee. This business aspect showcases her entrepreneurial skills and a hands-on approach to property transformation.

Her passion for motorsports began trackside as an umbrella girl and promotional model. Motivated by the racing environment, she pursued formal racing education, obtained her competition license, and utilized a racing simulator to enhance her driving abilities. Despite facing challenges, including the passing of her team owner and subsequent financial and sponsorship hurdles, Kristen competed in several races, achieving competitive lap times. While her racing career is currently on hold, she consistently seeks new opportunities to re-engage with motorsports. Her distinct blend of interests and professional endeavors positions her as a versatile talent for brand collaborations.
