Kyle Jackson

Kyle Jackson, known by his online alias Mongraal, was born on August 13, 2004, in the United Kingdom. He began playing video games at age eight, realizing his competitive potential by age eleven. In April 2018, at just 13 years old, Jackson officially signed with the esports organization Team Secret. This early career move quickly established him as a notable figure in the emerging Fortnite competitive scene. He gained further recognition through an interview with the BBC following his signing.

During his time with Team Secret, Jackson achieved success in unofficial tournaments, including winning a weekly Friday Fortnite event with teammate Domeniks ‘Domentos’ Bunts, earning $10,000 each. Although initially too young for official Epic Games tournaments due to age restrictions, these limits were lowered to 13 for the Fortnite World Cup. This allowed Jackson to qualify for both the solo and duo tournaments (with Dmitri ‘Mitr0’ van de Vrie) in 2019. In July 2019, he transitioned to FaZe Clan, a prominent esports organization. At the Fortnite World Cup, Jackson performed consistently, finishing 13th in solos and 6th in duos, accumulating $375,000 in earnings.

Following the World Cup, Jackson continued his competitive career in the Fortnite Championship Series (FNCS). He achieved notable success with teammates Benjy ‘Benjyfishy’ Fish and Dmitri ‘Mitr0’ van de Vrie, famously known as MMB, dominating qualifiers in Season X. After several attempts, he secured an FNCS win in Chapter 2, Season 4, with van de Vrie and Tai ‘TaySon’ Starčič. He later experienced a period of reduced competitive play and a brief retirement from Fortnite in 2021. Jackson returned to competitive play coinciding with the return of the Chapter 1 map in 2023, partnering with Martin ‘MrSavage’ Foss Andersen. In April 2025, Jackson formalized his association with Red Bull Gaming.
