Lais Ribeiro

Lais Ribeiro, born Laís Pereira de Oliveira on October 5, 1989, in Miguel Alves, Piauí, Brazil, embarked on her modeling career after initially training to become a nurse. She quickly gained recognition, walking for prominent fashion houses such as Dolce & Gabbana, Givenchy, and Gucci. Her presence extended to international publications, featuring in editorials for Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, and Vogue, alongside appearances in GQ, Maxim, and the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Ribeiro’s career significantly advanced through her long-standing relationship with Victoria’s Secret. She participated in numerous Victoria’s Secret fashion shows, advertisements, and catalogues. In 2015, she was officially named a Victoria’s Secret Angel, a significant milestone in her career. A pinnacle of her work with the brand came in 2017 when she was selected to wear the coveted $2,000,000 Champagne Nights Fantasy Bra, designed by Mouawad. This bra featured handset diamonds, yellow sapphires, and blue topaz set in 18-karat gold, worn during the annual fashion show.
