Lance Parker has transitioned from a professional soccer player and model to a health coach, applying his disciplined approach to help individuals achieve peak performance and well-being. After an acclaimed collegiate soccer career that saw him set Missouri State University records for lowest goals-against average (0.57) and fewest goals allowed (9) in 2006, Lance Parker led the Missouri Valley Conference in save percentage (84.5%) the same year. He was subsequently named to the MVC All-Conference Second Team, MVC Academic All-Conference First Team, and College Sports Information Directors’ Academic All-District VII First Team in both 2006 and 2007, before graduating Cum Laude with a B.S. in General Business in 2007.
Following his retirement from professional soccer in 2016 due to injury, Parker transitioned into the modeling industry, quickly building a successful portfolio. He graced the covers of five magazines and was featured in prestigious publications including Vogue Hommes, GQ, Men’s Health, Cosmopolitan, and Ocean Drive. In 2012, Parker was also chosen as Oklahoma’s representative in the Cosmopolitan Bachelor of the Year contest. Leveraging his modeling success, Parker partnered with prominent brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Babies ‘R’ Us, Baileys & Giordano, and Puma, in addition to securing fragrance campaigns with Oscar de la Renta and Nautica.
Most recently, in December 2023, Parker joined Tonal as a Guest Coach, further solidifying his presence in the health and fitness industry. His diverse career, spanning elite athletics, international modeling, and dedicated health coaching, underscores his commitment to peak performance across multiple disciplines.
