Lara Naki Gutmann has achieved significant milestones in figure skating, earning recognition at national and international competitions for her performances. After securing her first Italian national championship in 2021, Lara Naki Gutmann went on to solidify her position as a leading figure in competitive ice skating, achieving the national title consecutively in 2022 and 2023. Gutmann initially demonstrated her promise in the junior ranks, earning her first junior national bronze medal in 2015, followed by another in 2016. Her international trajectory began with her ISU Junior Grand Prix debut in October 2017.

Her upward trajectory continued through 2024, marked by a bronze medal at the prestigious Finlandia Trophy, a Grand Prix event. She further demonstrated her consistent form with another top-ten finish at the European Championships in 2024. That same year, she also secured her third consecutive top-ten placement at the European Championships, underscoring her sustained elite performance.
