Kévin Aymoz

Distinguished French figure skater Kévin Aymoz, recognized for his artistic programs and consistent international performance, first claimed his senior national title in 2017. His foundational competitive career saw him secure bronze medals in the French national junior championships during the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 seasons. Aymoz made his senior international debut in the 2014-2015 season, immediately earning a silver medal at the Coupe du Printemps. He has since become a six-time French national champion, with subsequent victories in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and most recently in 2025.

Kévin’s professional development has been shaped by a diverse and experienced coaching team, including Silvia Fontana, Françoise Bonnard, Véronique Cartau, Bernard Glesser, Jean-François Ballester, Didier Lucine, Claudine Lucine, Sophie Golaz, Katia Krier, and John Zimmerman. His acclaimed programs are crafted in collaboration with choreographers Brice Mousset and Renée Roca, alongside composers Karl Hugo and Maxime Rodriguez. His recent career highlights further showcase his competitive spirit, with a gold medal win at the 2022 Warsaw Cup and a silver medal at 2023 Skate America. Kévin Aymoz has navigated significant challenges with remarkable resilience, including managing athletic pubalgia during the 2021-2022 season and a temporary withdrawal from competitions in 2024 to address mental health struggles.

Despite these personal and physical hurdles, he has consistently returned to competition with renewed determination, achieving personal bests such as an impressive Free Skate score of 190.84 at the 2024 Skate America. Currently, Kévin Aymoz maintains his status as a leading figure in French skating, underscored by his recent sixth national title in 2025.
