After founding TaskRabbit in 2008, Leah Busque established a pioneering platform in the on-demand service economy, securing over $50 million in venture funding and expanding its operations internationally. Prior to this entrepreneurial success, Busque honed her technical expertise as a Software Engineer at IBM, where she contributed to significant products including Lotus Notes and Domino. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Sweet Briar College in 2001, where she also served on the Board of Directors, showcasing early leadership.
