Born in Oklahoma City, Lexi Ainsworth began her career at a young age, showcasing her talent in various stage productions, including a notable role as Scout in ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’. Her early interest in film and television was ignited after attending a film camp in New York, which led to her first national commercial for Barbie. Ainsworth quickly secured significant roles, such as Molly in Universal’s ‘Wild Child’ alongside Emma Roberts. She also delivered a lead performance in ‘A Girl Like Her’, a film addressing teen bullying, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to projects with social relevance.

Lexi Ainsworth is widely recognized for her enduring role as Kristina on ‘General Hospital’, a part that spanned over 510 episodes from 2009 to 2023. Her performance garnered an Emmy nomination at 17, and in 2017, she received a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series.
