In 2024, Liz Hershfield established Green-ish, a consultancy dedicated to assisting businesses with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and supply chain management. The consultancy’s mission involves empowering companies to develop resilient strategies that are tailored to their specific needs, supporting them at various stages of their sustainability journey. Her work at Green-ish builds on her extensive background in the fashion industry, applying practical experience to current sustainability challenges.
Her contributions to sustainable fashion have gained recognition, including the Textile Exchange Ryan Young Climate+ Award for her regenerative cotton program, which supports U.S. cotton farmers.
