Luke Baker is an accomplished actor, singer, and educator with extensive experience across West End, UK touring theatre, and television, bringing a wealth of professional insight to his roles and teaching. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre from ArtsEd, Luke Baker quickly established a significant presence in West End theatre. He made his West End debut in Beautiful Thing in 2013, followed by an appearance in the Original Production of I Can’t Sing: The X Factor Musical in 2014. Baker continued his success with a role in the West End production of American Idiot in 2015, demonstrating his versatility and strong vocal capabilities early in his career.

These varied and demanding stage roles underscore his commitment to live performance and continuous artistic development. Transitioning seamlessly into television, Baker has built a notable resume across various high-profile productions. He appeared as Nicholas in ‘The Brokenwood Mysteries’ in 2021, and as a Running Soldier in Disney’s ‘Andor’ in 2022, showcasing his adaptability to on-screen performance. His screen credits continued to expand with an appearance in the critically acclaimed Apple TV+ series ‘Masters of the Air’ in 2024, further diversifying his professional profile and reach.

Looking ahead, Baker is set to appear as Paramedic Skinner in the highly anticipated ‘EastEnders’ 40th Anniversary Live episode in 2025.
