Maeve Quinlan

Born in Chicago on November 16, 1964, Maeve Quinlan started her career in professional tennis at the age of 16. She competed in numerous major tournaments, including the French Open, Wimbledon, and the U.S. Open, achieving a world ranking of 95. Her athletic pursuits led her to receive full scholarships to both USC and Northwestern University, where she also studied theater. An injury prompted her to shift her focus from tennis to acting, beginning with commercial work for brands such as Nike and Gatorade.

Quinlan established her acting career with a long-running role as secretary Megan Conley in “The Bold and the Beautiful,” appearing in 11 years of the series from 1995 to 2006. She also became known for her role as Paula Carlin in “South of Nowhere” from 2005 to 2008, and as Constance Tate-Duncan in the rebooted “90210” from 2008 to 2011. Her film roles include appearances in “The Florentine” (1999) and “Criminal” (2004), and a lead role in the film “The Drone Virus” (2004).

Beyond acting, Quinlan expanded her career into production and writing. She co-created, co-produced, and starred in the web series “3Way” (2008–2009). She also served as a producer and creator on “Beverly Hills Nannies” (2012) for ABC Family and produced “The Pack” for Animal Planet through her company, Beech Park Entertainment. Quinlan continues to take on diverse roles in both film and television, demonstrating her versatility in the industry.
