Malea Emma Tjandrawidjaja is an Indonesian American actress residing in Los Angeles. Her acting performance in A24’s feature film “After Yang” (2021), where she appeared opposite Colin Farrell, received positive critical reception from outlets such as Awards Watch, The Hollywood Reporter, and Indie Wire. She has also held recurring guest star roles on “iCarly” (2021) and on Disney Channel shows, including “Coop and Cami Ask the World” (2018) and “Raven’s Home” (2017).
In addition to her acting career, Malea is a singer. Her National Anthem performance at an LA Galaxy game in 2018 gained significant viral attention and was subsequently featured in Google Year in Search for 2018. She was cast as Molly in the “Annie” musical at the Hollywood Bowl in July 2018, with her performance earning favorable reviews from media such as the LA Times, Times Squares Chronicles, and Broadway World.
