A man of many talents, Marco Traniello is a professional poker player sponsored on Full Tilt Poker and also a leading photographer. His career live poker winnings top over $700,000, his biggest win coming at the 2007 World Series of Poker where he finished in the top 5. As a writer, Traniello has contributed to Card Player Magazine. An undeniably talented photographer, his stunning shots have featured on several globally recognised Instagram accounts.
Born and raised in Italy, Traniello has a diverse background and has excelled in careers including real estate, hair styling, music production and was even a captain of a ship. He had already played plenty of poker when he met his wife, Jennifer Harman – a superstar of the poker world – in 1999. Encouraged by Harman, Traniello rose through the ranks to become one of Italy’s top players, making his debut appearance at the World Series of Poker in 2005. Two years later he made the final table of the Pot Limit Omaha event at the 2007 World Series of Poker and achieved his best win of his career so far, finishing 5th and earning $156,435.
Traniello has enjoyed success in several careers, but the one that means the most to him is undoubtedly photography. He recently launched his own photography business where he is pursuing his life-long dream of changing the world with his pictures.
