Marcus Kleveland

Marcus Kleveland is an accomplished Norwegian snowboarder recognized for his innovative slopestyle and big air performances, earning multiple X Games and World Championship titles. After gaining widespread recognition as the first snowboarder to execute a quad cork 1800 in competition, Marcus Kleveland established himself as a prominent figure in professional snowboarding, beginning his career in 2013. Demonstrating a remarkable aptitude for freestyle from an early age, he notably completed Double Corks by age 11 and the first Triple Cork by age 13. Kleveland quickly translated his innovative skills into competitive success, securing a victory at the World Cup of Milan in November 2016.

He also represented Norway at the 2022 Winter Olympics, placing 8th in Men’s Slopestyle. Kleveland maintained his dominant performance into 2023, achieving a gold medal in Slopestyle at the FIS Freestyle Ski and Snowboarding World Championships in Bakuriani. He also emerged as the winner at the highly competitive Laax Open. Concluding a stellar year, Kleveland once again delivered a multi-medal performance at the Winter X Games in Aspen, earning gold in Big Air, gold in Knuckle Huck, and silver in Slopestyle.

His consistent record of high-level competition and ability to execute complex tricks under pressure firmly establish him as a leading and celebrated athlete in the global snowboarding community.
