After securing Ukraine’s first-ever medal in compound archery and the inaugural gold medal overall for the nation at the 2015 World Archery Championships in Copenhagen, Mariya Shkolna established herself as a formidable talent on the global stage. Shkolna initiated her archery career in 2009, rapidly ascending to compete for the Ukrainian national team by 2010.
