Michael Drayer

Known for his impactful roles across various genres, Michael Drayer first gained significant recognition for his portrayal of Jason Parisi across four episodes of the critically acclaimed HBO series The Sopranos in 2007. After embarking on his acting career in 2004 with appearances in television series such as Third Watch and Jonny Zero, Drayer built his resume with roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit from 2005 to 2006, where he played Nicky Sims and Shawn. He continued to broaden his television work with an appearance in Law & Order: Criminal Intent in 2008, while also making his mark in film with roles as Mannix in the 2007 feature August Rush and as a Strip Club Bachelor in Darren Aronofsky’s Academy Award-nominated The Wrestler in 2008. Drayer’s career progression saw him take on more prominent and recurring roles, particularly in television.
