Estonia Mihhail Selevko is a four-time Estonian national champion figure skater and a three-time ISU Challenger Series medalist, known for his technical skill and consistent performances.

Mihhail Selevko was born on November 20, 2002, in Tallinn, Estonia. He began figure skating in 2005, following his older brother, Aleksandr, into the sport. Mihhail quickly progressed through the junior ranks, winning the Estonian Novice Championships in 2015 and 2016. His international junior career included appearances at the Junior Grand Prix series and a silver medal at the 2019 European Youth Olympic Winter Games. He secured his first senior national title at the 2019 Estonian Championships, marking a significant milestone in his early career. Mihhail is currently a university student at the South-Eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences, where he studies game design. He is fluent in Estonian, Russian, and English, and is learning Finnish.
Selevko’s senior career has seen him achieve multiple notable results on the international stage. He made his World Championship debut in 2022, placing fifteenth, and improved to seventeenth place at the 2023 World Championships. A consistent performer in the ISU Challenger Series, he earned a bronze medal at the 2022 CS Golden Spin of Zagreb and a gold medal at the same event in 2024. In the 2022–23 European Championships, he finished eighth, which secured two spots for Estonian men’s singles skaters at the subsequent European Championships. Despite a challenging short program at the 2024 European Championships, where he placed thirtieth, he demonstrated resilience and technical prowess throughout his career.
Most recently, in the 2024-25 season, Mihhail showcased continued growth and achievement. He claimed bronze at the 2024 CS Trophée Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur and achieved a gold medal at the 2024 CS Golden Spin of Zagreb. His commitment to the sport was further highlighted by winning his fourth national title at the 2025 Estonian Championships. He finished seventh overall at the 2025 European Championships. Later in the 2025 World Championships, he faced illness and a leg injury, placing nineteenth despite these obstacles. Mihhail continues to train with coaches Irina Kononova and Rafael Arutyunyan, aiming for further consistency and the integration of more quadruple jumps into his programs.
