Kevin Cottam

Kevin Cottam has transitioned from an elite figure skating choreographer to a global leadership speaker and executive coach, known for pioneering “The Nomadic Mindset.” After directing and choreographing the 1988 Olympic Closing Ceremonies, Kevin Cottam built a distinguished career in the entertainment industry as an elite figure skating choreographer. He collaborated with world and Olympic champions, and his creative leadership extended to major productions including Holiday on Ice and Disney on Ice. Leveraging over two decades of experience in high-performance environments, Cottam transitioned into leadership development, notably serving the European Union Institutions as a coach and trainer for 13 years, beginning in January 2005. This extensive engagement established his reputation for guiding leaders in change management, resilience, and team dynamics.

As a global keynote speaker, Cottam has delivered his transformative insights to diverse international audiences, presenting at prominent conferences such as MPI, SITE, and ASAE across locations including Canada, USA, Jordan, Dubai, Copenhagen, and Davos.
