Mike Bonifer

Mike Bonifer is the founder of bigSTORY, a company that utilizes ‘Quantum Storytelling’ to facilitate resolution of complex challenges within varied groups. In 2007, Bonifer served as Chief Storyteller for Live Earth: Concerts for the Environment, an initiative focused on environmental awareness. In the same year, he co-founded GameChangers with Dr. Virginia Kuhn of USC’s School of Cinematic Arts. This consultancy specializes in bringing improvisation principles to business environments. The methodologies developed by GameChangers have demonstrably improved performance within units of major companies such as Skype, Gap Inc., The Walt Disney Company, and United. Bonifer is also the author of “GameChangers – Improvisation for Business in the Networked World,” published in 2007.
