Australia’s TV and Radio star host, Michael Goldman, is also a voice over artist. He did not only contribute with his appearances as a host, he also played roles in mini-series and films. Being raised in a family who was already involved in the TV world, he was inspired and followed his dad’s steps, the TV personality, Grant Goldman. Goldman’s breakthrough was as the narrator of Big Brother Australia for 13 years. Although Goldman was an integral part of the Big Brother Australia, he stopped being the narrator in 2014. However, Goldman’s voice over roles did not come to an end, he continued to work with National Geographic and Discovery Channel documentaries, as well as adverts for Rebel, Telstra, Coles and Raid. It is no surprise that Mike Goldman was the voice for 45 different characters in the World Animal Championships animation.
Goldman remains one of the most important TV personalities in the entertainment world. In 2020, Mike Goldman was to become a crowd warmer in The Voice but got fired after facing a tense argument with an audience member. In the acting world, Goldman is also known for being the founder of the Sanctuary Film Festival, which takes place annually at the Australian Gold coast, in Sanctuary Cove, Queensland, Australia.
