An American actor, Milo Manheim burst onto the scene with his breakout performance in his first starring role as Zed in Disney Channel’s Original Movie Zombies. A much-celebrated success, its sequel, Zombies 2, was released in 2020.
California-native Manheim found his love for performance at an early age and has starred in over 20 musicals produced by Liza Monjauze Productions, an LA-based youth theatre, including Rent, Footloose and A Chorus Line. At just eight, he won a guest appearance in CBS’s TV series Ghost Whisperer, playing Riley. Soon after, he was cast in several episodes of American Housewife, playing Pierce. It was not long until Manheim landed a starring role in Disney Channel Original Movie Zombies, a musical and dance production that follows the love story of Zed, a zombie football player, and human cheerleader Addison.
A performer with a diverse range of skills, Manheim appeared on the 27th season of Dancing with the Stars in 2018, where he wiped the floor with the competition. Partnered with professional Witney Carson, Manheim finished in second place. Manheim has a natural screen presence and appeared on Celebrity Family Feud in 2019.
When he isn’t acting, Manheim can be found playing one of many musical instruments he is gifted with, including guitar, drums, piano and wind instruments, or enjoying his favourite sports. He boasts over one million Instagram followers and in 2020 began uploading vlogs to his YouTube channel Milo&Mason.
With a leading role in a widely successful Disney Channel Original Movie series under his belt, the future looks bright for dynamic game-changer Manheim.
