Milo Manheim

Milo Manheim was born Milo Jacob Manheim on March 6, 2001, in Venice, Los Angeles, California. The son of actress Camryn Manheim and former model Jeffrey Brezovar, Manheim began his acting career at age six within a local after-school program in Culver City. He developed his skills through extensive involvement in musical theater, participating in 20 different musicals with Liza Monjauze Productions starting in 2008. His early stage work included productions such as “Rent,” “Footloose,” and “Spring Awakening.” In 2009, he made a brief appearance in the CBS television series “Ghost Whisperer” alongside his mother. His dedication to theater was recognized in 2017 when he won the “Outstanding Performance in a Leading Role” award at the New York Musical Theatre Festival for his part in “Generation Me.”

Manheim gained significant recognition after being cast as Zed in the Disney Channel television movie franchise “Zombies,” with the first film premiering in February 2018. He reprised this role in “Zombies 2” (2020), “Zombies 3” (2022), and “Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires” (2025), consistently expanding his character’s involvement, including co-producer roles for the later installments. This franchise established him as a prominent figure among a new generation of Hollywood actors. In 2018, Manheim further broadened his public profile by competing on season 27 of “Dancing with the Stars,” where he finished in second place with professional dancer Witney Carson.

His career continued with diverse projects across film, television, and theater. In television, he has appeared in “American Housewife” (2018–2019) and “The Conners” (2021). More recently, Manheim took on a main role as Wally in the Paramount+ original series “School Spirits,” which debuted in 2023 and is set to release its second season in early 2025. In film, his recent works include “Prom Pact” (2023) and theatrical releases such as Eli Roth’s “Thanksgiving” (2023) and the musical “Journey to Bethlehem” (2023), where he played Joseph. He also starred as Seymour in the off-Broadway revival of “Little Shop of Horrors” starting in February 2025 and performed in the Deaf West stage production of Green Day’s “American Idiot.”
