Mikey Wax is a singer-songwriter and musician recognized for his pop rock sound, with his music featured in numerous television programs and commercials for major brands. After launching his professional music career with the release of his debut single ‘In Case I Go Again’ and the album Change Again in 2008, Mikey Wax quickly gained visibility for his pop rock sound. ‘In Case I Go Again’ was featured across television on ‘Pretty Little Liars,’ ‘Ghost Whisperer,’ ‘The Real World,’ and NBCs coverage of the 2012 Summer Olympics, establishing his compelling artistic voice. In 2011, Wax released his second independent album, Constant Motion, which achieved chart success at #47 on Billboards Heatseekers and #6 on the iTunes singer/songwriter chart in the US.
The albums single ‘Counting on You’ became the elimination montage song for season nine of the US version of So You Think You Can Dance. Expanding his artistic ventures, Wax launched the new artist project Middle Child in 2021 with producer Jacob Lee, releasing the single ‘Burn Out.’ A seasoned live performer, he has toured with notable artists including Andy Grammer, Howie Day, and Rachel Platten, often showcasing his ability to play both piano and guitar simultaneously.
