Miles Aaron McKenna is an LGBTQIA+ advocate, blogger, and actor from the United States. McKenna is a trans man who is one of YouTube’s most popular trans creators, with more than 1.15 million subscribers and 130 million views. His videos frequently include comedy sketches as well as commentary on gender identity and other LGBTQ concerns. McKenna documented his transition and coming out in films, including the effects of hormone replacement therapy and top surgery. Subscribers to McKenna’s YouTube channel have remarked that his videos have given them the confidence to be open about their own gender identities.
McKenna is a Fullscreen partner who hosted the short-form docuseries “Hella Gay with Miles McKenna.” He also appeared in “Guilty Party,” an interactive drama series.
