Maxwell Elias Heller, known professionally as Miz Cracker, was born on April 19, 1984, in Seattle, Washington. Early in his life, Heller attended The Evergreen State College, where he designed his own major. His initial venture into drag began in 2011 as a form of protest during marriage equality marches in Times Square. Starting as ‘Brianna Cracker’, his drag persona evolved to ‘Miz Cracker’ after practical considerations, leading to the establishment of his drag career. This foundational period laid the groundwork for his future in entertainment, blending his passion for performance with a social conscience.
Miz Cracker rose to prominence through televised competitions, notably securing fifth place on Season 10 of RuPaul’s Drag Race in 2018. During this season, she won a main challenge by performing a makeover on Chester See.
