Naomi Ekperigin

Naomi Ekperigin is an American comedian, actress, writer, and producer known for her impactful contributions to television sitcoms and animated series. After transitioning from a writer’s assistant to a staff writer for Comedy Central’s hit sitcom ‘Broad City’ for its second season in 2015, Naomi Ekperigin quickly established herself as a formidable talent in television comedy. Her impactful work on the series, which continued through its third season, earned her a Writers Guild of America Award nomination for Television: Comedy Series in 2015, shared with the show’s esteemed writing staff. Prior to her breakout on ‘Broad City,’ Ekperigin honed her comedic voice performing stand-up in New York from 2007, a pursuit she dedicated herself to after a year-long tour with the National Theatre for the Deaf.

Building on this success, Ekperigin joined the writing staff of the NBC sitcom ‘Great News’ from 2017 to 2018, contributing to its acclaimed run.
