Canada Nicholas Latifi transitioned from a successful junior racing career to competing in Formula One, now pursuing an MBA at London Business School to explore new professional avenues.
Latifi joined the Williams Driver Academy in 2019, a program designed to nurture young talent and prepare them for a potential Formula One career. This position led to his eventual promotion to a full-time racing seat with the Williams F1 team.

Nicholas Latifi was born on June 29, 1995, in Montreal, Quebec, and grew up in Toronto. He began his karting career at age 13, progressing through various European Formula Three competitions. In 2012, he made his single-seater debut in the Italian Formula Three Championship, finishing seventh with one win. He continued in junior formulae, including the FIA Formula 3 European Championship and the British Formula 3 International Series, achieving a podium finish in the latter at Brands Hatch in 2013.
Latifi advanced to the GP2 Series, later known as the FIA Formula 2 Championship, competing for DAMS from 2016 to 2019. He secured his maiden F2 race win at Silverstone in 2017 and finished runner-up in the 2019 FIA Formula 2 Championship, achieving four wins and eight podiums that season. His consistent performance in junior categories led to his appointment as a test and reserve driver for Renault (2016-2017) and Force India/Racing Point (2018), and then Williams (2019).
In 2020, Latifi made his Formula One debut with Williams Racing, competing in the championship until 2022. During his Formula One tenure, he scored his first points at the 2021 Hungarian Grand Prix, finishing seventh, and continued to score points in the 2021 Belgian Grand Prix and the 2022 Japanese Grand Prix. Following the 2022 season, Latifi announced a temporary pause in his racing career to pursue an MBA at the London Business School, indicating a potential shift in his professional focus.
