Niklas Edin

Niklas Edin, a highly decorated Swedish curler, holds the record as the first curler to skip teams to seven World Men’s Curling Championship gold medals, achieved in 2013, 2015, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, and most recently in 2024. Edin first showcased his talent by securing the European junior champion title in 2004, followed by a Winter Universiade gold medal in 2009. His early senior success included his first European Championship titles in 2009 and 2012, setting the stage for a dominant international career.
