Prof. silvia Vianello

Dr Silvia Vianello is an award-winning coach and investor. In 2018, she was named by Forbes as one of the Top 100 Italian Women. She has been presented with the Pioneering Woman Leader Award by the World Woman Leadership Congress and also won the Top Middle East Woman Leader Award at the Asian Leadership Awards. In 2021, she was named as one of LinkedIn’s Top Voices (she currently has over 322,000 followers on the platform). She is also tantalisingly close to reaching the million-follower mark on Instagram and has over 22,000 followers on Twitter.

Born in Italy, Dr Vianello worked as a professor in the United States for three years before returning to Europe and becoming a professor and course manager at the prestigious SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan. She also worked as a managing director for a marketing consultancy before relocating to Dubai in 2017 to become a marketing director for the luxury car brand, Maserati. After a year, she left to become a career coach.

With experience of working in the upper echelons of one of the world’s most aspirational brands in one of the richest cities on the planet, Dr Vianello is the perfect career coach. In 2020, she founded the Silvia Vianello Academy, which offers life coaching, career coaching, financial coaching, and executive coaching.
