Rachael Todd is a multi-talented entrepreneur, certified health and wellness coach, and former Miss United States who uses her platform to advocate for health education and empowerment. After being crowned Miss United States in July 2017, Rachael Todd leveraged her national platform to advocate for health education and empowerment. Her victory in Orlando followed her successful bid as Miss Florida United States in April of the same year. Prior to her national title, Todd built a distinguished career in pageantry to secure scholarship funds, beginning with her win as Miss Florida in 2009, which advanced her to the Miss America competition in 2010.
Through her ‘Hunger in America-Changing the Way America Eats’ platform, she focused on combating the ‘overfed and undernourished epidemic’ by educating communities, particularly children, on healthy eating habits and addressing childhood obesity and type 2 diabetes. Todd dedicated six years post-pageantry to developing her consulting company, RKT Consulting, and pursuing advanced studies in health and wellness. As a certified yoga instructor, integrative-nutritionist, and life-health coach, she established RKT Consulting to specialize in educating women through comprehensive programs. Her firm delivers one-on-one coaching, engaging group sessions, and targeted corporate workshops, guiding clients in self-care, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and nutrition to foster holistic well-being.
She continues to expand her reach within the health and wellness sector, with plans to further grow her consulting business online. An online coaching program is scheduled for launch in the near future, marking the next phase in her mission to deliver accessible health and wellness education.
