Rachael Todd, originally from Central Florida and a University of Central Florida graduate, built a career in the health and wellness industry. She holds certifications as a yoga instructor, integrative-nutritionist, and life-health coach. In 2017, she achieved national recognition by winning the Miss United States pageant, held in Orlando. This enabled her to amplify her platform, “Hunger in America-Changing the Way America Eats,” focusing on combating the “overfed and undernourished epidemic” through education on healthy eating habits, particularly among children, and addressing childhood obesity and type 2 diabetes.
Todd began her pageant career in 2009 to secure scholarship money, initially competing in the Miss America Organization. She earned the title of Miss Florida in 2009, advancing to the Miss America competition in 2010. After dedicating six years to post-graduate studies and developing her consulting company, RKT Consulting, she returned to pageantry, winning Miss Florida United States in April 2017 before securing the national Miss United States title in July of the same year. Her consulting firm, RKT Consulting, specializes in educating women through one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and corporate workshops, guiding them in self-care, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and nutrition. She aims to help women rediscover well-being and nurture their holistic health.
Beyond her pageant success and health initiatives, Rachael Todd has engaged in corporate partnerships as a spokesmodel for notable brands like Lexus and L’Oréal. She has also appeared on television, including a segment on the CBS talk show “The Doctors,” where she discussed health, wellness, and nutrition. Todd’s career trajectory demonstrates a consistent commitment to personal development and public advocacy, utilizing diverse platforms to promote her message of health and empowerment. She plans to continue expanding her health and wellness consulting business online, with her first online coaching program launching in the near future.
