United States Rashard Kelly is a professional basketball player recognized for his collegiate achievements and his international career spanning multiple continents and leagues.
Kelly signed in 2023 with the professional basketball team ADA Blois of the top-tier league Betclic Élite in France.
The Tasmania JackJumpers signed Rashard Kelly on a one-year deal ahead of the 2022/23 Hungry Jack's NBL season, marking his move to the Australian league.
After going undrafted in the 2018 NBA draft, Rashard Kelly signed a professional contract with Parma Basket, a team based in Perm, Russia, competing in the VTB United League.
On July 11, 2019, Kelly signed a one-year deal with Aquila Basket Trento of the Italian Lega Basket Serie A and the EuroCup.
On July 22, 2020, Kelly signed with Gaziantep Basketbol of the Turkish Basketball Super League.

Rashard Kelly was born on August 22, 1995, in Fredericksburg, Virginia. He began his basketball journey early, playing at Chancellor High School, Bishop O’Connell, Massanutten Military Academy, and Hargrave Military Academy, where he was voted Team MVP after averaging 22.3 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2.1 steals. Kelly attended Wichita State University, playing for the Shockers from 2014 to 2018. During his college career, he became a consistent presence on the team, culminating in individual honors such as the 2018 All-Glue Team selection by The Athletic and a spot on the 2017 Maui Invitational All-Tournament Team.
Throughout his four years at Wichita State, Kelly was integral to the team’s success, contributing to four NCAA Tournament qualifications (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018), including an NCAA Sweet 16 appearance in 2015. He helped secure three MVC Regular Season Championships (2015, 2016, 2017) and an MVC Tournament Championship in 2017. He never missed a game or practice, playing 139 consecutive games, a school record. By the end of his senior year in 2018, Kelly had accumulated 654 rebounds, ranking him among the top 20 all-time for the Shockers, and graduated with a degree in sport management.
Following his collegiate career, Kelly transitioned to professional basketball, signing with Parma Basket in Russia in 2018. His international career saw him play for Aquila Basket Trento in Italy (2019-2020), Gaziantep Basketbol in Turkey (2020-2021), JDA Dijon Basket in France (2021-2022), the Tasmania JackJumpers in Australia (2022-2023), BC Wolves in Lithuania (2023), Prometey (2023), ADA Blois in France (2023-2024), and currently with Aomori Wat’s in Japan (2024-present). These experiences have allowed him to compete in various top-tier leagues and further develop his skills as a versatile power forward.
