Reggie Wayne, a Super Bowl XLI champion and six-time Pro Bowl selection, transitioned from a celebrated NFL wide receiver to a respected wide receivers coach and an insightful sports analyst. After a record-setting collegiate career at the University of Miami, where he set a school record with 173 career receptions between 1997 and 2000 and achieved 20 or more touchdowns, Reggie Wayne was selected by the Indianapolis Colts as the 30th overall pick in the first round of the 2001 NFL Draft. During his freshman season in 1997, Wayne recorded 48 receptions, establishing a school record that continues to stand, and maintained a streak of 36 consecutive games with a reception for the Hurricanes.
