Rex Linn

Rex Linn is an American actor known for his roles across film and television, including ‘CSI: Miami’ and ‘Young Sheldon’. After securing his first substantial role as serial killer Floyd Epps in the 1989 feature film Night Game, Rex Linn quickly established himself as a versatile and compelling actor. His early career saw him appear as a sheriff in a 1990 episode of The Young Riders, followed by a series of notable film roles including My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys (1991), Thunderheart (1992), and as Richard Travers in the Sylvester Stallone-led blockbuster Cliffhanger (1993). Linn continued his ascent in film with a role as Frank McLaury in Wyatt Earp (1994) and as Agent Whitney in the Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker hit Rush Hour (1998).

Linn also returned to the big screen in 2023 with a role as Bart Crawford in the film The Hammer. Looking ahead, Linn is set to take on a main role as Emmett in the upcoming series Happy’s Place, slated for 2024–2025. This project continues his long-standing career of impactful performances across both film and television, building on a diverse body of work that has consistently entertained audiences and critics alike with his distinctive presence and dramatic versatility.
