Rhona Mitra

Rhona Mitra gained early recognition as the live-action model for Lara Croft in Eidos Interactive’s ‘Tomb Raider’ video game series in 1997. She quickly transitioned to television and film, securing a recurring role in ‘Party of Five’ from 1999 to 2000, where she portrayed Scott Wolf’s love interest. Her film career commenced with a key role in the thriller ‘Hollow Man’ in 2000, followed by a significant role as Dr. Alejandra Ollie Klein in the television drama ‘Gideon’s Crossing’ in 2000.

She returned to the sci-fi genre with a role as Dr. Mal in the film ‘Skylines’ in 2020. Beyond her acting career, Mitra founded The Last Ark Orphanage in Uruguay, an initiative dedicated to the rewilding and rehabilitation of animals, showcasing her commitment to wildlife conservation. Her upcoming projects include the highly anticipated film ‘Red Sonja,’ slated for release in 2025, and a role in the miniseries ‘Debriefing the President,’ also expected in 2025.
