Robert Buckley launched his acting career with a series regular role as Michael Bauer in the MyNetworkTV primetime telenovela ‘Fashion House’ in 2006. The same year, he made his feature film debut in the horror film ‘When a Killer Calls’. His early television work also included a main role in another MyNetworkTV telenovela, ‘American Heiress,’ and a guest appearance on ‘Ghost Whisperer’ in 2007. A significant career milestone came with his casting as Kirby Atwood on NBC’s ‘Lipstick Jungle’ from 2008 to 2009.
His versatility also extended to several Hallmark Channel films, including ‘Flirting with Forty’ in 2008. Further demonstrating his creative breadth, Buckley co-created and executive produced the original movie ‘The Christmas House’ for Hallmark in 2020. The project’s success led to a sequel, ‘The Christmas House 2: Deck Those Halls,’ which he also executive produced in 2021, marking his significant contributions as both a writer and producer.
