Robert McKee is a world-renowned lecturer and story consultant, recognized for his profound influence on screenwriting and storytelling across various industries. After establishing a robust foundation in dramatic arts, Robert McKee transitioned to the film industry in Los Angeles in 1979, quickly making his mark as a story analyst for United Artists and NBC. During this period, he demonstrated his screenwriting prowess by selling his screenplay ‘Dead Files’ to AVCO/Embassy Films and winning the National Screenwriting Contest for ‘Hard Knocks.’ Throughout his early career, McKee had eight feature film screenplays purchased or optioned, notably ‘Trophy’ for Warner Bros.
