During his tenure as Secretary of Labor, Reich oversaw the implementation of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and spearheaded a successful campaign to increase the national minimum wage. His impactful career was further recognized in 2008, when Time magazine named him one of the Ten Best Cabinet Members of the century, and The Wall Street Journal listed him among the six Most Influential Business Thinkers.

This was followed by the documentary ‘Saving Capitalism’ (2017), which debuted on Netflix.
