Ron Placone

Ron Placone, a multifaceted talent, debuted his solo show ‘Balding is Punk Rock’ at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2023, following an extensive performance career across the United States, Australia, and Canada. He has co-headlined tours with Graham Elwood, performing to sold-out audiences in major cities including Melbourne, Sacramento, San Francisco, and Miami. His debut album, ‘Agnostic Holiday,’ is prominently featured on SiriusXM, broadening his reach in the comedy landscape. Beyond live performances, Placone has made notable media appearances on the Discovery Channel, CrossTalk, and Redacted Tonight, and is a regular contributor to Status Coup News.

Placone continues to advance his filmmaking career, currently developing a new documentary and working on his next feature film, ‘Termination Fee.’ This project originated as a critically acclaimed stage play at the Hollywood Fringe Festival in June 2025, where it notably sold out three of its five shows and earned a nomination for the prestigious Inkwell Theater Playwright Promise Award.
