Ryan Vet

Ryan Vet is a widely recognized entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and USA TODAY best-selling author. His career includes leadership roles, successful startups, and significant consulting work. He has inspired audiences across four continents and collaborated with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging startups. Vet’s work, which focuses on empowering leaders and fostering change, has been covered by outlets such as Forbes, ABC, and NBC. He provides professionals with actionable strategies to navigate challenges, promote growth, and achieve lasting impact. His entrepreneurial journey began at age 14 with his first legally incorporated business. Over his career, Vet has founded, scaled, and exited various ventures. His executive experience includes guiding a medical device company from prototype to FDA approval, leading a rebranding effort for a $100 million digital marketing firm, and serving as president of an online education company that reached a valuation of nearly $750 million. He also established and successfully divested a gig economy platform for healthcare staffing. Beyond his for-profit endeavors, Ryan Vet has held leadership positions on non-profit and university boards, including the Elon University Doherty Center for Entrepreneurship Advisory Board. He has advised and led businesses that collectively achieved a valuation exceeding $2.2 billion. His academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Elon University, an MBA from Purdue University, and certifications in Global Business and Change Management from Harvard and Cornell. Ryan Vet grew up in the Chicago suburbs. He met his wife, Jessica, while studying Business Marketing at Elon University. They are raising two sons, Braeden and Carter, in Durham, North Carolina, and are expecting a baby girl in July 2025. He is also a trained sommelier, with coursework completed through the Court of Master Sommeliers and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Vet is an Elder at his church, where he teaches Sunday school.
