Sara Reardon is a doctor of physical therapy who earned her Bachelor’s of Science in 2004 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2007 from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a board-certified women’s health and pelvic floor therapist. Her professional focus includes the treatment of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in both men and women. In 2009, she became CAPP-Pelvic certified in Pelvic Health and is ABPTS Board-Certified in Women’s Health. Sara Reardon founded NOLA Pelvic Health, a physical therapy practice in New Orleans dedicated to treating pelvic health, pregnancy, and postpartum clients. The practice addresses a range of conditions, including urinary and bowel issues, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, and post-prostatectomy symptoms. She incorporates manual therapy, exercise, yoga, meditation, and trigger point dry needling into her treatment plans. Her areas of expertise cover bowel incontinence, breast cancer, constipation, fibromyalgia, male incontinence, male pelvic health, orthopedics, osteoporosis, pelvic oncology, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum issues, transgender pelvic health, and urinary incontinence.

Throughout her career, Sara Reardon has received recognition for her contributions to the field. She was awarded the Alumni Achievement Award from Washington University in St. Louis’ Program in Physical Therapy in 2019.
