Sean Winter, born on December 14, 1990, in Jacksonville, Florida, began his live tournament poker career in August 2011, prior to reaching the age of 21. His early successes included winning the $10,000 Bellagio Cup in 2015, which earned him $562,000. In January 2016, he secured a runner-up finish in the $25,000 High Roller at the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure, where he received $914,000 following a heads-up deal. These initial achievements established his presence in the professional poker circuit.

Winter’s career continued to progress with significant wins and high finishes. In 2019, he won the $5,250 Main Event at the Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open, triumphing over 809 players to earn $698,000.
