Shiva Negar

Shiva Negar began her artistic journey at a young age, engaging in music through piano and guitar recitals, and participating in singing competitions. Her passion for the performing arts evolved into an interest in theatre during her adolescence, leading her to pursue acting professionally. Shiva Negar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Postgrad/Master’s degree in Events Management & Marketing, demonstrating a background that combines artistic pursuits with academic accomplishment.

Shiva Negar gained prominence starring as Annika Ogden in the CBS Films/Lionsgate blockbuster movie “American Assassin” in 2017. Her filmography includes roles in “Becoming Burlesque” (2017), “The Cuban” (2019), “The Threat Next Door” (2023), and “Burned by Love” (2023). On television, she has appeared in significant roles such as Mina Hassan in “SEAL Team” (2021) for seven episodes, Isabel Barsamian in “The Cleaning Lady” (2022-2024) for six episodes, and Tink Kelly in “The Next Step” (2020-2021) for six episodes. Her early television appearances include “Combat Hospital” (2011), “Alphas” (2011), and “My Babysitter’s a Vampire” (2012).

Beyond her acting career, Shiva Negar has also taken on roles as a producer, with credits including co-producer for the short film “The Last King” (2024) and executive producer for “Deadly Vows” (upcoming) and “A Good Day Will Come” (2024). She is also the writer and producer of “The Shivalife Podcast” (2024). Shiva Negar is an advocate for diversity and extensively involved in humanitarian causes, sponsoring children through the Mother Miracle non-profit organization and championing women’s rights globally.
