Jackie R. Jacobson

Jackie R. Jacobson was born on February 4, 2002, in Los Angeles, California, as the youngest of three children. From an early age of four, she demonstrated an interest in acting, regularly performing for family and friends. This initial passion developed into a professional career in the entertainment industry.

Jacobson’s career began with roles in various television series and films. She appeared in “The Night Shift” in 2016, where she played Darika for one episode, and in “Bella and the Bulldogs” in 2016 as Katie Mae for one episode. Her film credits during this period included “Night Eyes” in 2014 as Young Linda, “Eleanora: The Forgotten Princess” in 2015 as Eleanora (teen), and “A Horse Story” in 2016 as Monica Radcliffe. In 2018, she appeared in an episode of “Speechless” as Kimberly. Jacobson also contributed behind the scenes as additional crew, providing adr voices for productions such as “Silver Linings Playbook” (2012) and “Gone Girl” (2014).

A significant turning point in Jacobson’s career came with her casting as Dylan in the Netflix series “Malibu Rescue” (2019) and its subsequent movie sequels, “Malibu Rescue: The Next Wave” (2020), and “Malibu Rescue” the TV series (2019-2020). These roles provided broader recognition and solidified her position in youth-oriented programming. More recently, she appeared in “The Rookie: Feds” in 2023 as Anya and in the TV Mini-Series “How to Hack Birth Control” in 2021 as Jess, demonstrating continued engagement in diverse acting opportunities. Jacobson has expressed a desire to continue acting indefinitely and also has an interest in attending culinary school.
