Simon Templeman is a dynamic and unique English actor, best known for his work on the hugely popular Dragon Age: Origins as Loghain Mac Tir, which was first released in 2009, the legendary Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain and its terrifying sequel Blood Omen II: Legacy of Kain. His reputation precedes him and due to his deep and powerful bass voice, he is often found to be playing hair-raising villains or horrifying vampire characters, but he also has a penchant for voicing characters that share his first name! However, besides lending his voice to the character of Kain in Blood Omen II, the character was also modelled after Templeman himself.
When not playing ghoulish beings of the night in video games, Templeman also brings them to life on screen, and gained fame playing The Angel Of Death on the magical hit TV series Charmed. He has also been a long term regular on the hilarious ABC sitcom The Neighbours. When not appearing onscreen, fans may also recognise Templeman as the voice of the English language version of the blockbuster exhibition, Tutankhamun and the World of the Pharaohs audio tour at the Ethnological Museum or the Kunsthistorisches Museum in Vienna.
Most recently, Templeman has performed in the film She’s In Portland as Nigel, and the radio play version of The Man With The Golden Gun, as Townsend. This marks over 100 acting credits under Templeman’s name.
