Brandon Allen – also known as SlimXX, Slim Gudz, Slim and BlaqAbe is a producer, studio engineer and songwriter for global rap superstar Machine Gun Kelly. Also famous as Machine Gun Kelly’s main hype man, he has worked on some of the rap star’s best known tracks, producing the international smash hit ‘Bad Things’ with pop sensation Camila Cabello. SlimXX currently lives in Los Angeles but regularly joins Machine Gun Kelly on his global tours and at the world’s biggest festivals.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio in the USA, Slim XX has been close friends with Machine Gun Kelly for over a decade despite the pair attending rival high schools. The mega-talented producer was behind the addition of the ‘XX’ at the end of each of Machine Gun Kelly’s crew member’s names (including DubXX) and he describes the addition of the letters as a “family crest”.

SlimXX’s impressive skills have been behind Machine Gun Kelly’s rise to the top every step of the way, and he now does almost all things for the world-famous rapper from production and studio engineering to musical director.

Machine Gun Kelly’s hype man also shone a positive light on the often negatively portrayed world of Hip Hop when he saved a baby from drowning at a water slide when he was on the crew’s No Class Tour, an act of heroism that went viral on social media.
