SoCal Val has transitioned from professional wrestler and valet to a host and interviewer, sharing her expertise across various media platforms. After commencing her professional wrestling career in March 2002 with Golden State Championship Wrestling in Anaheim, SoCal Val (Valerie Wyndham) quickly established herself in roles including manager, ring girl, and timekeeper, developing her distinctive ring persona. Her early career also included appearances on WWE’s SmackDown! in early 2005, leading to a significant and long-standing tenure with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) beginning in June 2005.

In 2014, Wyndham joined Shine Wrestling as a manager, forming the successful stable Valifornia, further showcasing her strategic and on-screen presence. She made a notable return to TNA in January 2015, serving as a ring announcer for their highly anticipated UK tour. Demonstrating her expanding reach into mainstream entertainment, SoCal Val appeared as a hostess and commentator for the UK television series World of Sport Wrestling in 2018. This pivotal experience paved the way for her diversification into digital media and live event hosting.

Since 2019, SoCal Val has significantly broadened her professional scope as a sought-after host and interviewer. She has become a staff member and host for prominent YouTube channels such as ‘ScreenStalker’ and ‘Wrestletalk,’ consistently delivering engaging content to their combined viewership. Additionally, she regularly commands the stage by hosting celebrity panels at major fan conventions for Monopoly Events, leveraging her extensive industry knowledge and charismatic presence. SoCal Val continues to build upon her diverse experience, establishing herself as a versatile media personality and expert interviewer across various platforms.
