She began her career in 2002 with Golden State Championship Wrestling, where she quickly established herself as a dynamic manager, showcasing her talent by creating the character of SoCal Val—a wealthy and ruthless villain inspired by WWE’s Stephanie McMahon. In 2006, SoCal Val signed with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where she became a prominent figure. Her on-screen relationship with Jay Lethal captivated audiences, and her character development as a gold digger added depth to the storyline. Val’s versatility shone through as she transitioned from a manager to a backstage interviewer and ring announcer, demonstrating her adaptability and commitment to the promotion.
