Talia Favia is a respected choreographer and founder of The Difference Between Dance Company, known for her impactful work on major television shows and with acclaimed musical artists. After founding The Difference Between Dance Company in 2014 as a platform for her distinctive choreographic vision, Talia Favia quickly garnered industry acclaim, winning the prestigious 2015 Capezio Ace Award for Choreographer Of The Year. The Difference Between Dance Company, which originated in Phoenix, Arizona, later relocated to Los Angeles, further solidifying Favia’s presence in the national dance scene. Her artistic and passionate approach soon led her to contribute significantly to the contemporary dance community, earning respect from dancers and peers globally.

Favia has also undertaken commercial projects, contributing to campaigns such as the SAMSUNG 360 Promo and serving as Movement Director for a Dance Magazine Cover. Her continued excellence in the field was recognized with the 2021 YAGP Best Choreography award. Currently, Talia Favia is a respected faculty member for the touring dance convention RADIX, where she instructs and mentors emerging dancers and choreographers, sharing her ‘transformative from the inside out’ approach.
