Tank Bigsby

Cartavious “Tank” Bigsby, born on August 30, 2001, in LaGrange, Georgia, embarked on his football journey at Callaway High School. During his senior year, he recorded 1,636 rushing yards and 27 touchdowns, building on a junior season that saw him achieve 2,221 yards and 22 touchdowns. A highly-rated four-star prospect, Bigsby committed to Auburn University, where he quickly made an impact on the college football scene. He became a starting running back as a freshman in 2020, demonstrating consistent performance in the Southeastern Conference.

Bigsby’s college career at Auburn was marked by notable achievements. In his freshman year (2020), he rushed for 834 yards, averaging 6.0 yards per carry, and was recognized as the SEC Newcomer/Freshman of the Year. He continued to develop in 2021, logging 1,099 rushing yards and ten touchdowns. His final college season in 2022 saw him carry the ball 179 times for 970 yards and ten touchdowns. These performances led to his selection by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft, marking a significant step in his professional career.

Since entering the NFL, Bigsby has continued to contribute to his teams. In his rookie year with the Jacksonville Jaguars (2023), he appeared in all 17 games, recording 132 rushing yards and two touchdowns. His capabilities as a running back and kickoff returner were further highlighted during the 2024 season with the Jaguars, where he rushed for 766 yards and seven touchdowns. In September 2025, Bigsby was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles, where he continues his professional career as a running back and kickoff returner.
